Just in case something happens, we want to be able to contact someone on your behalf, or tell emergency personnel if you have any medications they should know about. Something as life-saving as an EpiPen is very good information for people around you to know in case of an emergency.

Healthcare in the USA is very expensive and is not always covered by the insurance you have. Check to see if you need travel insurance to cover any hospital visits, emergencies which may arise during your vacation.

We will not share your information unless you tell us to and only in case of an emergency. At that time, we want to make sure we get you exactly the help that you may need.

We do not look at or read the information, we just store it until your arrival and once you are here print it. We delete the information on the day you leave and shred the paper copy we have.

We will NOT share anything you send/tell us (without your permission). We will not share anything even with your travelling companion unless you give us permission. We will not share the information about who you are travelling with to your emergency contact (without your permission). You tell us what you want us to share and that is all we will share and nothing else.
